Equipped with the standard five-speed manual transmission, the Toyota Corolla can accelerate from zero-to-60 mph in just under 9.0 seconds.
Standard safety features continue to include advanced front airbags, pretensioners and force limiters for the front seatbelts and side-impact door beams. Front seat side and curtain shield airbags and an anti-lock brake system with Electronic Brake-force Distribution are available as options.
